Reclassification

On-line Application (TRC)

All individuals applying for reclassification and change of discipline should use the Technology Registrations Canada (TRC) web site to conduct a self-assessment of their technical competencies, and submit an on-line application form.

If you are unable to complete an on-line application for reclassification, you may download the appropriate application form and bulletin, as shown below.

Important Notes:

The Reclassification process for members who initially joined as Students, Certified Technicians, Graduate Technologists/Technicians or Associates is basically the same, however, the application form for those who initially joined as Students, is somewhat different. Therefore, please be sure to download the appropriate application form and bulletin.
